Ok, so I had this stroke of genius or something the other night on what to do with this community, because the last thing I want to do it is close it. Remus needs his love and hugs, o' course.

I still want to keep the spirit of an icon community challenge, but well, while I have the time to post challenges once a week in the summer, once school starts back up that'll be a little more difficult. So I'm going to propose something, and see how you memebers like the idea.

I'd like to make this just more of an icon community, where you all can post just any ol' icons envolving Remus some how, but once a month I would post a theme or idea that you can make and post icons for. Then at the end of the month any of those that chose to do the challenge would get voted on as the best, much like the normally weekly challenges used to run.

This allows Remus icons to still be made and posted (broading the wonderfulness of Remus Lupin...yes I just made up wonderfulness), but challenges will be up and around allowing those that like that idea to still do it. How do you all feel about this? I'm more then willing to start it at the beginning of August.

Hello everyone! This is actually Liz from albus__d, I have a fic journal now, and I use this for a lot of things, so I thought I'd just continue maintaining from here. I see that we have a good number of members and was just wondering how many of you would like to see this community restarted?

It's summer for me now and I have more time, so I'd love to do it some more, but before I just start whipping out prompts I want to see how willing you all are. If you are or aren't comment to this post about your idea.

Oh, and I am more then willing (and would love) to have a second mod to come on, so also comment about that if your interested.

Is anyone interested in overtaking this community? I love it, it was my first community ever, but, I just don't have the time to really take care of it like I should, if anyone is interested just let me know at my email grimmauldcomm@hotmail.com. All I ask is that you keep it in the spirit of what it is essentailly. An icon challenge community.

Hello, my fellow R/T writers! I was looking over the prompt and I just wanted to clarify something. This DOES NOT have to be set AFTER HBP! It can be set whenever you want it. I just has to follow cannon. Which means, if you want this can be set during OotP, or sooner, but how you'd want to do that...I don't know. ANYWAY! I just thought that I should make that a little more clear. I hope your all working hard or at least thinking about your fic. Can't wait to see the entries come March! Happy Writing!

Sorry for no banners yet, classes were really busy today, that's also why I'm just now getting the challenge up (had to in class at 7:50) Anyway....new challenge is this:

Use the image below, crop it however you like, any text you want, and animation is allowed. The only rules are, you have to only use that image, and you have to use it twice.

An example would be having the moon in the background and Remus in the front. Or crop Remus' face and juxtapose it next to his body. It has to be broken up in some way. I am really really sorry about not closing! I went home for the weekend (to go to a baby shower) and when I was actually at home I didn't really have computer/internet access, so I wasn't able to close at all! So I guess I'll just extend this challenge until this Friday. It'll get a few more entries in, and it won't make the schedule all wonky. I'm really sorry again!

This weeks challenge is a bit different from the others. I'm finding myself a bit tired of the hugs4remus icon, so I'm asking you all to do one for me, and whomever gets first place will be the new icon!

I sincerely apologize for not putting the challenge up last Monday, I don't know what came over me. Anyway, here is challenge number 3.

This week it's a black and white challenge. Your icon must use only black and white OR black, white, and ONE color. It can have no text, but can be animated. Use any images you want, as long as, like always, Remus is involved.
